Return and Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated with 5-7 business working days after the item is back to source. And it will be back to source within 5-7 business working days

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We are unable to accept returns for used items, items damaged after delivery, or items without original packaging or receipt.

Return Process

We have 7 Days return policy. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack your return: Include the original packing slip and the RMA number with your returned items.

Ship your return: Securely pack and ship your return to the following address:

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Original shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing 

Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

This policy excludes the following:

Digital products: Due to their nature, digital products such as downloads and subscriptions are non-refundable.

Sale items: Certain items sold as “final sale” or “clearance” are non-refundable. This will be clearly marked on the product page.

Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
